Have you ever noticed that dogs in most cartoons are not given the ability to talk? Odie in Garfield, Buster in My Friends Tigger & Pooh, Dog in Word World?
Seriously right, I wonder why it's like that? Is there a particular reason? These are just a few..there are a few more but my memory fails me..
